We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Valentino29 Ltd. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• There are no restocking fees.
• Item must be unused.
• Item must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Custom or personalised items
• Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement or refund.
