1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Options

UK Delivery

We ship using Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier.  Available delivery options and charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.  Orders usually arrive withing 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Free UK delivery may be available on qualifying products on orders.  Any eligibility requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and at checkout.  Delivery times may vary during holidays or busy periods.

3. Customer Delivery Address

Please ensure your address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost or not able to be delivered due to incorrect or imcomplete address information.
